"We certainly hope not," club captain Joel Selwood told Channel Seven after the match when asked if Enright would retire.
"He's given the football club so much for so long, and he'll make his decision when he wants to."
Teammate Jimmy Bartel is another who will weigh his footballing future following the Cats' season-ending defeat.

The 2007 Brownlow medallist, who kicked a miracle goal in Friday night's second quarter, had been tipped to retire if he believed senior opportunities would be limited in 2017.

Geelong coach Chris Scott would not comment on the possibility of either of the champion Cats retiring, saying: "I'm not going to address any of that tonight. That would be inappropriate".
Superstar midfielder Patrick Dangerfield said there had been no announcements from the veteran players in the rooms after the match.
Enright, Bartel and Tom Lonergan, another potential Cat retiree, boast over 800 games of experience and seven premierships between them.
