HOW GOOD is it to have AFL Fantasy back?
After a turbulent round one, the answer to that would be mixed as we certainly experienced the highs and lows of the game throughout the weekend.
The ultimate low occurred in the first quarter of Friday night's game when popular star Zach Merrett was knocked out in the first quarter on after scoring just 23.
That’s the quickest I have ever searched for the delete team button, but thankfully I controlled myself and took it out on my phone instead.
• Nine things we learned from round one
Fantasy Pig
Tom Mitchell: Who else was it ever going to be? Last year's newly appointed Fantasy Pig certainly lived up to the tag with a phenomenal world-record breaking effort of 54 possessions against the Pies for a score of 156.
He played a whopping 92 per cent time on ground and took eight marks in the truly remarkable display, pleasing the three-quarters of the competition who own him.
Even Clarko helpless to stop record-breaking Mitchell
Honourable mention: Stephen Coniglio showed what he can do with a full pre-season and remains an under-priced premium after smashing the Dogs with 32 possessions, eight marks, seven tackles and two goals for 146.
Do not be afraid to load up with multiple Giant mids including Josh Kelly (115) and Lachie Whitfield (114).

Rage trades
Tom Rockliff spent a lot of time forward in his Power debut and will take a few weeks to find his best form following a 12 possession and one goal effort.
In uncustomary Rocky fashion, he laid only one tackle which left many of his coaches questioning the health of his previously injured shoulder.
Honourable mention: Nat Fyfe looked set to start the season in Brownlow Medal form and certainly attracted the eye of many coaches.
Unfortunately, things didn’t go to plan as the star had a quiet day against the Power with 22 possessions and one mark for just 67 points.
Honourable mention: Dayne Zorko didn’t pick up where his coaches hoped he left last season with a disappointing effort against the Saints. The usually prolific ball winner was rarely sighted and didn’t kick a goal from his 14 possessions for just 57 points.
• Around the state leagues: Who starred for your club?
Piglet
Nick Holman restored many coaches' faith in the rookie-priced players with a sensational effort in trying conditions against the Roos.
I say trying conditions, but when I saw the water-logged ground I was instantly excited by Holman’s tackling potential and he didn’t let me down with 13 on his way to 89 points.
If you don’t have him, he is worth bringing in as a cash cow.

Tell me about it. Oh well, it's nice for him after a couple of bad years. Let's see if he can keep a lid on it.
I've got a lot of rage. McLean to petrecca and hibberd to Simpson. Good call?

I wouldn't blame you for doing that 30 seconds after lock-out.

Looks a very good move if it works out. Hopefully you have some cash in the bank.
