WEST Coast youngster Josh Rotham has penned a one-year contract extension.
The promising intercept defender is into his second season at the club, but is yet to debut after being recruited to the Eagles with the 37th pick in the 2016 NAB AFL Draft.
Rotham, 20, is averaging 11 disposals and four marks per game in the WAFL this season, with the 192cm backman impressing club officials with his ability to play either tall or small.
“I’m stoked to extend here at the club,” Rotham said.
“I really love this club and the people in it – coaches and players. It was a no-brainer really”
Rotham's deal ensures he will remain at West Coast until at least the end of 2019.
