UP TO a dozen Adelaide players will be nervous this week with their heads on the selection chopping block, according to Crows forward Josh Jenkins.
The Crows have been one of the major disappointments in the first month of the season, with a solitary victory from their opening four games.
Jenkins admitted he's no certainty to retain his spot in the side for the Easter Sunday encounter with Gold Coast at Adelaide Oval.
However he said he wouldn't be alone, with many of his teammates also on edge after below-par starts to the year.

"I still think I have enough to offer the AFL team to play this week and to play moving forward, but you've got to earn your position," Jenkins told SEN SA on Wednesday morning.
There's probably 10 or 12 guys who feel the same as I do, because there are a lot of us who aren't playing good enough footy at the moment.
"If we do feel comfortable and think we deserve a spot because of what we've done three or four years in the past, then that's fool's gold."
Crows coach Don Pyke showed last week he's not afraid to drop experienced players when he sent veteran midfielder Bryce Gibbs to the SANFL.
Jenkins – who has kicked only four goals in four games – said he could be next.

"Bryce felt that wrath, and I felt that wrath two years ago when we were 5-0 and lost two games and then I was dropped after that.
