TWO BYE rounds down and one to go. You beauty! Once again, the stars recognised the despair of coaches trying to navigate the traumatic three-week period and stepped up in a big way with an impressive nine players going 140 or over and three of those were 150+. Remember to trade smart again this week, hold premiums and upgrade rookies to premiums coming off their bye.

Jack Billings had been a liability of late. As the Saints' draw got tougher, his scoring dried up in a big way, even to the point where many coaches had enough and sent him packing on his bye round. Well, the Saint mid certainly rewarded the coaches who showed faith with a massive performance against the Suns. He topped all scorers for the round with 170 from 33 possessions, eight marks, 11 tackles and two goals. Buyer beware for the seemingly under-priced Saint is he has struggled against tough opposition.
Honourable mention: Josh Dunkley continued his outstanding form and even carried captain responsibilities for many coaches into his game against the Blues and he certainly didn't let them down. He had a massive first quarter and hardly slowed down, collecting 41 possessions, taking five marks, laying 10 tackles and kicking a goal for 158. He is certainly in the must-have category and will be the No.1 trade target again this week.

Rage Trades
Patrick Cripps: After an awesome week of redemption last week, the Dogs basically decided to double-team Crippa at every opportunity, making it very tough to keep his score rolling over. He never gave up but could manage only 22 possessions with 16 of those handballs on his way to 67.
Honourable mention: Zach Merrett: Now hold your horses, I am certainly not saying to trade Merrett out permanently, but I wouldn't be trading him in either. The Bomber ball magnet was having an outstanding game against the Hawks with 90 points until three-quarter time, only to attract a tag in the last where he was completely shut down, scoring just nine. Over the next few weeks he has a horror run of match-ups against some of the League's best taggers and it may not be pretty.

Griffin Logue was rookie-priced at $216,000 and certainly proved it was worth paying the extra $46K from a basement-priced rook. He started in a blaze of glory after a dominant first quarter and eventually went on to score 100 from 24 touches and an impressive eight marks.

Is it too early to bring in Brayshaw or Macrae after those huge weeks? Looking to upgrade Stack to one but I’m not full of confidence.
— Jacob Maynard (@JacobMaynard_14) June 16, 2019
If so, which one?@DTTALK @RoyDT @CalvinDT
Great question. Brayshaw is the value option this week as he appears to be back but I think Macrae is safer.
@RoyDT Best defender to bring in? Stewart, Salem, Sicily, Crisp?
— Denholm Melrose (@DMelrose41) June 16, 2019
It's pretty close but I think Sicily is the one … Surely he convinced the coach there is no point throwing him forward again.
