RICHMOND has delisted three players on Tuesday, including 2017 premiership player Jacob Townsend.

The 26-year-old started his career at Greater Western Sydney, before crossing to the Tigers for the 2016 season.

The following year he was part of the club's drought-breaking flag, despite playing only five games for the season. He also won the JJ Liston Trophy that year for the best and fairest player in the VFL.

Callum Moore and Connor Menadue have also been told they would not be offered contracts for the 2020 season.

Menadue, 23, played 39 games during his five seasons at the club after being recruited with pick 33 in the 2014 national draft.

"During his time at the club Connor has become a popular member of the playing group," list manager Blair Hartley said.

"His work ethic on the training track and his professionalism is second to none."

Moore joined the Club as a rookie at the end of 2016 and played eight senior games for the Tigers.
