WEST Coast is casting its eye over mature-age South Australian Isaya McKenzie during the summer.
The 22-year-old small forward, who can also play on a wing, has been invited to train with the Eagles.
If he impresses, the Eagles could pick him up in the pre-season supplemental selection period and add him to their rookie list next season.
DRAFT TRACKER Every pick, every player
McKenzie nominated for the NAB AFL Draft and the rookie draft last week, but was overlooked.
The 182cm, 78kg speedster kicked three goals in 10 senior SANFL games for Central Districts this year, averaging 11.1 disposals and 2.5 tackles.
He also played nine reserves games, averaging 20.6 disposals and 5.9 tackles per game along with booting seven goals.
Former Centrals coach Roy Laird said McKenzie was a player with a lot of potential.
"He's got nice footy talent, he's quite evasive as a player," Laird told AFL.com.au.

"To this point, he's been pretty inconsistent, but he's certainly got enough talent.
"It's whether he's prepared to work hard enough."
McKenzie represented SA at the under-18 national championships in 2015 alongside the likes of Wayne Milera (Adelaide), Ryan Burton (Port Adelaide) and Aaron Francis (Essendon).
The Eagles are also looking at former No.4 overall draft pick Jarrod Pickett, who has previously played for Greater Western Sydney and Carlton.
