The Sydney-based couple have released no details other than confirmation their daughter was born on Sunday.
"Jesinta and Lance are thrilled to announce the arrival of their beautiful baby daughter, Tallulah Franklin," a spokeswoman for the couple told News Corp.
"They are both absolutely besotted with her."
Franklin is currently easing back into training following a knee arthroscope in early January, after he pulled up sore from a training session on New Year's Eve.
He is due to start running but remains in doubt for the Swans' round one clash with Adelaide on March 21.
Even though Sydney and Hawthorn currently don't have AFLW teams, Tallulah could potentially play for either in years to come given there are plans for them to join the competition.
While he's notched up 182 games as a Hawk and a further 118 as a Swan, AFLW rules stipulate the father of a daughter needs to have played just one game for a club to activate the father-daughter rule.
