SELF-ISOLATION can lead to some unique decisions. Just ask Matt Guelfi.
The versatile Bomber has headed home to Perth during the game's shutdown, and on Thursday decided he needed a fresh look.
The 22-year-old unveiled on his TikTok social media account he had bleached his hair pink.
Guelfi isn't a stranger to a loud hairdo. Last year he took to the field in the biggest home and away game of the season, on Anzac Day against Collingwood, with bleached blond hair.
Some weeks later, teammates Conor McKenna and Orazio Fantasia also joined in as the bleached Bombers.
We're unsure if they'll follow suit this time.
He's not the only footballer to have taken isolation boredom to a whole new level, with Richmond's Oleg Markov unveiling an eyebrow-raising hairdo of his own.
Markov has taken inspiration from Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldo, shaving nearly his entire head except for an area at the front, the same look the striker unveiled at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
In an Instagram story, the Richmond forward - who was only six years old when Ronaldo rocked that particular look - included an impassioned plea.
"'Iso' is killing me, save me Ronaldo," the tongue-in-cheek message read.
Oleg Markov's taken the iso haircut to another level...
