WEST Coast defender Sharrod Wellingham is in doubt for Friday night's blockbuster with Hawthorn at Domain Stadium due to a knee issue.
Wellingham twisted his left knee during the first term of last Saturday's win over Greater Western Sydney at Spotless Stadium.
He played out the game but only gathered seven disposals.
Eagles football manager Craig Vozzo said Wellingham would need to be carefully managed during the six-day break if he is any chance to get up.
"He's pulled up a bit sore," Vozzo told westcoasteagles.com.au.
"So he'll have a light week and we'll see where he's at later in the week."
Wellingham has been managing some foot soreness over recent weeks but it has not prevented him from playing.
Ruckman Scott Lycett copped a heavy cork to the thigh against Greater Western Sydney. He was on light duties at training on Monday but is set to train later in the week and should be right to face the Hawks on Friday night.
Simon Tunbridge will miss the next three weeks after accepting a combined three-match suspension for two separate charges from the clash with the Giants.
Patrick McGinnity is unlikely to be available to replace him after suffering a heavy concussion in the WAFL on the weekend.
Young midfielder Liam Duggan is set to be available after missing the last two weeks with a calf issue.
