It doesn’t matter if you are watching the game from isle 32 level 3 inside the Docklands stadium or eating leftovers from Mother’s Day, everyone can participate.
Through Collingwood's official mobile phone application PieSpace, supporters have the ability to enter in match day competition and receive up-to-date club news straight to their mobile phone.
Best on Ground competition
After the match text who you think was the best Collingwood player on the night and go in the running to win a match day ball signed by the player you voted for.
The competition closes at midnight tonight and you can vote as many times as you want.
There are two ways in which to enter:
1. Via the PieSpace mobile application, select Best on Ground from the Main Menu and follow the prompts. To download the PieSpace application, send ‘pies’ to 0419262646.
2. Via SMS Shortcode, text ‘Best’ followed by a space and then the players surname you think is the best on ground to 1999 9090. For example, if a user wishes to vote for Dane Swan, the entrant will need to text “Best Swan” to 1999 9090.
Guess the Crowd competition
How many supporters will be in attendance on Monday night? Submit your guess and the closest person to the actual number will win a signed copy of Nathan Buckley’s book “All I can be”.
There are two ways in which to enter:
1. Via the PieSpace mobile application, select Guess the Crowd from the Main Menu and follow the prompts. To download the PieSpace application, send ‘pies’ to 0419262646.
2. Via SMS Shortcode, text ‘Crowd’ followed by a space and then your crowd estimate. For example, if you estimate 54,321, then text "Crowd 54321" to 1999 9090.
PieSpace Mobile
Download the Collingwood PieSpace mobile application to your phone where you can stay up to date on all things Collingwood.
In addition to information on the club, you can also participate in the weekly Best on Ground and Pick the Crowd competitions where you can win signed match balls and copies of Nathan Buckley’s book, “All that I can be”*.
To download to your mobile, simply text “pies” to 0419262646 and follow the download instructions.

- An SMS will then be delivered shortly to your phone containing a link to download the PieSpace mobile application.
- Click on the link in the SMS to be taken to the PieSpace Download page.
- Once there, click on the link to download the application to your phone- proceed through all security prompts, the application is both certified and secure. NB: Some Blackberry users may need to configure their mobile internet access.
- Once you have successfully downloaded the application, depending on your phone model, it will either start automatically or can be found in your Games, Installations or Applications folder. Once found, click on the PieSpace icon to open.
