(Salary range $85,000 - $100,000)
Ready to take the next step in your career? Looking to expand your skills and experience? Open to taking on greater responsibility as we grow? This role may be for you.
Ladder
Ladder was established in 2007 by AFL players who wanted to do more about the issue of youth homelessness in Australia. The players secured the backing and support of the AFL Players’ Association and the AFL.
Ladder builds on the talents and skills young people already posses to help them transition to independence and positively contribute to their communities. We work with young people who have had challenging early life experiences but are now ready to take up the resources, connections and opportunities available to them through Ladder and our link with the AFL industry, support services and the broader community.
We do this by offering Health and Wellbeing programs, Development programs, Transition to Employment programs and Mentoring programs.
