After the Suns' final round loss against West Coast, coach Guy McKenna said the club would look to acquire some "mature bodies" to help their young midfield.
General manager of football operations Marcus Ashcroft did not want to speculate, following a cryptic social media message from Robinson on Tuesday.
"We will look to strengthen our list in line with our list management strategy, and that includes looking at all options during the free agency and exchange periods," Ashcroft said.
"We are not in a position to discuss individual players, until those time-frames present."

Robinson posted the message to his Twitter and Instagram accounts on Tuesday that read: "business or pleasure? #goldcoastin"
However, AFL.com.au understands neither the unwanted Blue nor his management have yet met with the Suns.
Robinson was told by the Blues on September 2 he would be traded.
The 25-year-old has played 100 games for Carlton, but a patchy on-field season was made even worse last month when he lied about his involvement in a 5am brawl in Melbourne.
Gold Coast is certainly on the look-out for more maturity though, after a poor finish to a promising season.
They lost 10 of their last 13 matches to miss the top eight, including six of the final seven following a season-ending shoulder injury to skipper Gary Ablett.

McKenna said the constant battering of young midfielders David Swallow, Dion Prestia, Harley Bennell and Jaeger O'Meara was too much for the club to withstand.
"Should we expect them to play 22 games at that intensity? We'd love them to do that, but that doesn't happen. It doesn't even happen to Chris Judd or Gary Ablett, at some stage there's going to be a tailing off," he said, following the round 23 loss.
