We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to fulfil the role of Membership Operations Manager. This role plays an important leadership role in the West Coast Eagles Membership Services Centre (MSC) assisting the Manager, Consumer Strategy in delivering initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in member retention and satisfaction levels.

The Membership Operations Manager will be responsible for these key areas within the department:

  • Providing leadership to, and development of Membership Service Centre staff.
  • Track and follow up contact with members and non-members to ensure satisfaction, including complaints resolution.
  • Manage the planning and implementation of annual renewal campaigns and fulfilment programs.
  • Liaise & manage supplier relationships, ensuring optimal delivery of commitments.
  • Oversee match day operations of the MSC.
  • Oversee ticketing operations including internal orders, match reconciliations, operation & integrity of the Ticketmaster Archtics system and oversee training and development of MSC staff on this platform.
  • Develop and implement customer service measurables within the MSC.
  • Assist in the delivery of Consumer Strategy programs, initiatives and activities.
  • Assist with member engagement initiatives during all home matches, and assist with delivery of member events.

The successful candidate will have accurate attention to detail, a keen interest in customer service and show a high level of initiative. They will also demonstrate highly developed computer skills with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint, and possess excellent skills in management, leadership and staff development.

Recent experience in a member-based organisation is desirable, and relevant qualifications relating to business or communications are necessary.
