COLLINGWOOD father-son prospect Darcy Moore helped lead the Oakleigh Chargers to the TAC Cup premiership as his side beat the Calder Cannons by 47 points on Sunday. 

The 199cm prospect and son of dual Brownlow medallist Peter Moore kicked two goals from 14 disposals and seven marks in an impressive display of athleticism. 

The Chargers were too strong for the depleted Cannons, winning their third flag in the Victorian under-18 competition, 17.15 (117) to 11.4 (70) at Etihad Stadium.

The Pies will nominate Moore as a father-son selection ahead of next month's bidding day, and are more likely than not to be forced to use their first selection (No.8) on the Chargers skipper. 

The Western Bulldogs (pick five) and Carlton (pick six) are the clubs most likely to bid for Moore. 

Jordan De Goey and livewire forward Toby McLean were other standouts for the Chargers, with McLean named best afield. 

De Goey is a likely first-round selection at November's NAB AFL Draft and kicked three goals for the Chargers, showing his class, strength, smarts and quality ball use. 

The 18-year-old has played well through the season across half-back and in the midfield but looks most settled in attack where he can impact the scoreboard and set up others. 

He was a big part of his team's second-quarter dominance, when the Chargers kicked seven goals to one and turned a 17-point quarter-time deficit into a 19-point lead at the main break.

McLean was also busy in that period, generating plenty of activity in attack. The half-forward finished with 21 disposals, two goals and nine marks to claim the TAC Medal, capping an excellent season.

After originally being overlooked for the national NAB AFL Draft Combine which starts later this month, McLean was recently upgraded and will attend with his draft stocks rising rapidly. 

Daniel McKenzie was solid with 21 disposals, Alex Urban had 20 touches and six tackles, and bottom-aged player Ben Crocker showed some encouraging signs. 

The Cannons suffered two major setbacks before the first bounce, with the late withdrawals of possible No.1 pick Peter Wright (knee) and hard-running midfielder Damien Cavka (groin) through injury. 

Classy Cannons midfielder Paul Ahern collected 26 disposals, kicked a goal and had seven marks as his side's best, while Touk Miller kicked three goals from 15 disposals. 

Jayden Foster, who is eligible to join the Western Bulldogs as a father-son selection, kicked two majors.
