Taylor won seven intercepts, including three via a mark, in the Cats' loss to North Melbourne. He tallied 14.0 player ratings points, which was the 14th best score of the round. He sits 47th overall – second of all key defenders.

Pittard was the highest scoring small-medium defender for the round with 11.4 points. He won five intercept possessions, had five spoils and 14 of his 16 disposals were effective.




Nat Fyfe (Fremantle)
The Dockers' midfield maestro won 21 contested possessions, laid 11 tackles and kicked two goals in the loss to Port Adelaide. He also had a game-high 32 pressure acts. That all equated to 23.3 player ratings points, which was second on the ground behind Port's Chad Wingard. Fyfe sits in an equal career-high position of ninth overall.




Brent Harvey (North Melbourne)
The veteran midfielder earned 24.1 player ratings points – the second-most of any player for the round. Twenty-three of his 25 disposals were effective, including 14 of 15 forward of centre. He kicked one goal, had one score assist and launched a total of five scores for the Kangaroos.


Chad Wingard (Port Adelaide)
Wingard kicked four goals from five shots and was the third-highest-scoring player on the weekend with 23.7 points. He now sits at 39th overall – second of small-medium forwards.


The 'Tomahawk' kicked five goals against North Melbourne, including three in the space of seven minutes in the final quarter. He earned a player ratings score of 23.6 points.



Sandilands was the second-highest-scoring ruckman on the weekend behind Goldstein. He had 17 hit-outs to advantage and kicked a goal. He sits 79th overall, despite only playing 33 of a possible 40 games in the past two seasons.

Luke McDonald (North Melbourne)
McDonald was one of only three first-year players who got a game on the weekend. He had 20 disposals at 85 per cent efficiency, won four intercept possessions and gave a score assist.
