WESTERN Bulldogs youngster NathanHrovat has signed a contract extension that will see him stay at the club untilat least the end of 2016.
The 19-year old played sevensenior games in his debut season, playing mostly through the midfield and as asmall forward.
His best game came againstEssendon in round 16, where he notched 25 possessions, took eight marks andmade four tackles.
Western Bulldogs list managerJason McCartney confirmed the new deal on the club's website.
"We've been impressed with the professional habitsand work ethic Nathan has formed in his young career to date," he told westernbulldogs.com.au.
"Not only does he have a strong desire to get better,Nathan has a way of bringing his young teammates along with him.
"While he is only seven games into his senior career, weare really confident Nathan will be an important player for us into the future."
Hrovat also expressed his excitement at the new deal.
"When my name got read out by the Bulldogs on draftnight last year, it was like a dream come true," Hrovat said.
"I'm genuinely excited to continue my career with such agreat club."
Hrovat was picked with selection 21 in the 2012 NAB AFL Draft.
