Jetta hasn't played since round 10 due to a shin issue, but got through 55 minutes of game time for the reserves on Saturday and is pushing for a recall this week.
Rohan, meanwhile, has now played three matches since his 15-month layoff with a broken leg and showed excellent signs against the Hawks last Friday, kicking two goals and laying four tackles.
Back at the start of 2012, coach John Longmire was salivating at the prospect of using the two fleet-footed youngsters – who were both taken in the first round of the 2009 draft – side-by-side.
But injuries have meant they haven't lined up together since round four last season, the day Rohan broke his leg.
Jetta needs to have a strong week on the training track to give himself a chance, but Longmire is weighing up unleashing the exciting duo on the Hawks.
"In an ideal world it'd be fantastic," Longmire said.
"That's what we envisaged at the start of last year until Gary broke his leg.
"And obviously Jetts has missed so much football this year.
"Whether it happens this week I'm not too sure, obviously Jetts has missed a fair bit of footy and so has Gary.
"But at some point down the track … it'd be a good look."
Longmire's options include using Jetta as a substitute, although that also has an element of risk if the 24-year-old isn't ready for a full game and the Swans suffer an early injury.
"We need to sit down and work out what we do with him from here," Longmire said.
"It's a decision we need to make; whether we can bring him in, do we bring him in as a sub, or do we give him another two weeks training and look towards next week.
"It's a decision we'll make in the next couple of days.
"If you bring him in as a sub, you've got no control over any injuries that may happen obviously early in the game.
"That certainly comes into our decision making."
Either way the Swans are set for some more-than-handy inclusions, with Kurt Tippett (hamstring), Dan Hannebery (knee) and Nick Smith (calf) all certain to bolster a line-up that fell two goals short against the Hawks on Friday.
Hawthorn should also add some speed and x-factor to its 22, with Cyril Rioli (ankle) tipped to return.
Smith has previously thrived when matched up with Rioli, including getting the better of him in last year's Grand Final, and Longmire has no doubts his no-frills defender is ready to do the job again.
"Nick had a spell on the weekend and he feels pretty good," Longmire said.
"He'll need to on Cyril. We know what he's able to bring to their team.
"His ability to just turn something into a goal is incredible.
"Nick will need to be playing at his best, but we're confident that he has freshened up and is looking forward to the challenge of playing on one of the best players in the competition."
Swans co-captain Jarrad McVeigh, who joined Longmire in holding aloft the premiership cup last year, was also part of Monday's press conference.
He was asked if the pressure was on the Hawks to deliver after four fruitless years following their premiership back in 2008.
"There's pressure on all of us," he replied.
"We all understand that the stakes go up and there's pressure on everyone.
"I'm sure they want to get off to a good start in the finals and so do we.
"It's going to be a really good contest, the pressure goes up and everyone does feel it."
