The surprise revelation came from Franklin's manager, Liam Pickering, on Melbourne radio on Saturday.
Franklin's future at Hawthorn is up in the air after the star forward decided to put contract talks with the Hawks on hold until the end of the 2013 season. Despite this, Pickering said no other club had contacted him to discuss Franklin's future.
"Absolutely haven't spoken to one club," Pickering told Melbourne radio SEN.
"Not one."
Franklin, 26, is a restricted free agent, meaning Hawthorn is allowed to match any contract offers from rival clubs.

Rumours persist that Fremantle will offer the Western Australian-born Franklin a long-term multi-million dollar deal to join the club.
Pickering, who oversaw Gary Ablett's big money move to Gold Coast following the 2010 season, said he had expected to hear from clubs about Franklin already.
"I find it hard to believe that they haven't been all belting my door down, but they are all probably thinking he's going to stay anyway [or] it might be they'll wait until later in the year. I don't know.
"One-hundred per cent I haven't spoken to another club about it."
Buddy coy on contract
But the apparent lack of interest is not bothering Pickering.
"I'm not actively out there throwing him around [to other clubs]," he said.
"If Buddy tells me he doesn't want to be at Hawthorn, that's a different kettle of fish. He hasn't told me that. He's just told me, 'it's February, let me just get out and play, mate.'"
Franklin is expected to play in at least one of Hawthorn's opening NAB Cup matches against Gold Coast and the Brisbane Lions on Saturday.
