He managed to play on and kick five goals in the second half despite being in obvious discomfort.
The unlucky sharp-shooter missed the entire 2012 season with a serious knee injury and then fractured his forearm in the opening match of 2013 against Fremantle.
West Coast coach John Worsfold has ruled a line through LeCras this week but did not rule out a return against Collingwood in round 22.
"Hopefully it's only one (week missed), but that will all depend on how he can train this week," Worsfold said, adding Luke Shuey was likely to return from a hamstring strain against the Cats.
He also said veterans Matt Rosa, Adam Selwood and Andrew Embley would all come into calculations this week after playing in the WAFL last weekend.
The Eagles coach did not think sentiment would come into the equation, with speculation surrounding the futures of both Embley and Selwood beyond this season.
Embley is two games shy of 250 for the club with three rounds remaining, but is not contracted for next season.
Worsfold was unemotional about the prospect of getting the 2006 Norm Smith medallist to the milestone this season.
"I got him to 248, what more do you want?" Worsfold said.
"All milestones are significant.
"But for me the 150-game milestone that makes you a life member is about the only one that you would say makes a big difference on a players' post football life, because it brings you into a club for life, and Andrew achieved that a while ago."
Worsfold is still monitoring the progression of Nic Naitanui. The star ruckman is continuing his rehab program as he battles ongoing groin soreness and the coach believes he still could return in round 23.
"He potentially could be fit for Adelaide," Worsfold said.
Defender Shannon Hurn is unlikely to play again in 2013 after badly damaging his ankle in round 13 against Hawthorn.
