Fasolo will face the tribunal at 6pm on Tuesday night, after he was charged following a video review of a second quarter incident in the Magpies' VFL clash against Williamstown on Sunday.
There was a resultant scuffle that ensued, with Seagulls opponents remonstrating with the young Pie for his part in the incident.
The 20-year-old was omitted from Collingwood's team that faced St Kilda on Friday night, but responded strongly on Sunday - kicking two goals and winning plenty of the ball for the Pies.
Fasolo earned praise from VFL coach Dale Tapping who was pleased with the Pie's work-rate on Sunday.
