Bailey Smith is looming as a must-have in Fantasy. Picture: AFL photos

ROUND three is here and the teams have dropped with Fantasy coaches walking away pretty much unscathed.

Toby Greene (FWD, $703,000) was the biggest name out with knee soreness and he was joined by popular defender Isaac Cumming (DEF, $317,000), who was omitted.

Draft owners of Nic Newman (DEF, $620,000) will need to be hitting up the free agency after the defender was ruled out for the remainder of the year.

Warnie's Rookie Radar

The only debutant named is the Giants' Lachlan Ash (DEF/MID, $264,000). Despite his hefty price tag, Ash averaged 96 in the NAB League last year and should provide plenty of points if he can hold his position in the weeks ahead.

Trent Rivers (DEF/MID, $224,000) has held his spot for the Demons after his 45 last week as he finds himself coming off the half-back flank against the Bombers.

The Western Bulldogs are giving Laitham Vandermeer (MID/FWD, $190,000) another game after his 47 in round two and Brisbane's Tom Berry (FWD, $184,000) will come off the bench in his second game when the Lions meet the Eagles on Saturday night.

Roy’s Top Trade Targets

1. Bailey Smith (MID/FWD, $577,000) – the No.1 most traded-in player this week for a reason.

2. Marc Pittonet (RUC, $334,000) – had 74 against Gawn last week and has a good run coming.

3. Trent Rivers (DEF/MID, $224,000) – debuted against the Blues for 45, a handy DEF/MID.

4. Jake Lloyd (DEF, $775,000) – after his 111, he looks set to be the No.1 defender again.

5. Brandon Starcevich (DEF/MID, $241,000) – his breakeven of -23 proves it’s not too late.

Calvin's Captains

In AFL Fantasy your captain scores you double points for that week. Here are Calvin's top five picks for you to consider.

No. 1 – Max Gawn v Essendon @ the MCG

After a huge 123 last week, Gawn finds himself up against Tom Bellchambers and the Bombers. Sinclair scored 93 against the Bombers' ruckman in round two which indicates another huge game is on the cards for Gawn.

No. 2 – Patrick Dangerfield v Carlton @ GMHBA Stadium

Despite being tagged to 40 in round one, Dangerfield is back after a nice 94 last weekend. He scored 150 on the Blues last year and heads back home to do it all again.

No. 3 – Lachie Neale v West Coast @ the GABBA

Neale ranks as the No.1 man in the game averaging 109. He meets the Eagles this week, a team he has scored 91, 94 and 138 in his last three.

No. 4 – Taylor Adams v St Kilda @ the MCG

Adams has been on fire this year averaging 103. Based on form alone, he deserves his position at No.4 this week.

No. 5 – Stephen Coniglio v Bulldogs @ Marvel Stadium

Coniglio played 91 per cent time on ground last week for his 90. St Kilda had a day out against the Dogs last week and this week Coniglio gets his turn at a ground where he has scored 112, 144 and 112 in his last three.
