No, it's the Fantasy gods answering the desperate pleas from a number of coaches and delivering three trades per week for the rest of the year to help navigate the constantly changing format. We need to be agile and this gives us the tools to do it.

Fantasy Pig

Smooth-moving Roo Shaun Higgins put on a show against the Tigers, racking up a round-high 121 from a whopping 36 possessions, five marks and five tackles. He has been in indifferent form this years with a couple of 90s but a 30 and a 40 to drag his average down to 74. If you are on the hunt for an under-priced unique, he is owned by just 0.6 per cent of the competition but it's a decision fraught with danger.

Honourable mention: As the old saying goes, you can't keep a good Pig down. After an uncharacteristically quiet performance last week, it came as no surprise that Collingwood's Brodie Grundy bounced back with a vengeance against the Cats with 119 from 17 touches, five marks and 46 hitouts. It was a total matched by another prime trade target in his teammate Adam Treloar, who continues to find the ball at will. He had another 34 touches and needs to be a high-priority addition.

Rage Trades

It's been a great ride for coaches of 'Mr Worldwide', aka Carlton's Marc Pittonet, who burst onto the scene in a time of need with scores of 74 and 78. Unfortunately it's been downhill since then, gradually dropping off each week before collecting just three possessions and scoring a season low 30 against Port Adelaide. He has been a great cash cow and has certainly earned some fans for life but it's time to upgrade to Grundy, Max Gawn or Tim English for the cash-starved.

Chad Wingard started the season in a blaze of glory, carrying on his awesome finish to the season last year. Unfortunately the Hawk's form has dropped off to a point his coaches are getting an itchy trade finger. He had just three kicks in his 10 touches against the Dees for a score of 55 on the back of just 42 the week prior.

Piglet

Young Hawk Will Day had another great game, tallying 19 possessions and taking an impressive nine marks on his way to 72… a far cry from the majority of rookies who are failing to reach 40. His job security is great and he is well worth a look despite his inflated price.
