One way to lower these charges by more than $50,000 a year - as agreed by the MSFA - is to limit the number of gates and sections that are opened to the public for the curtain raiser.
So for all Saturday evening matches the following will occur:
3.10pm Only public Gates 2 and 7 will be opened. Members and patrons who enter via Gate 2 will only be able to sit in sections 31-37 while those who enter via Gate 7 will only be able to sit in sections 11-12. There will be no allocated seating in these sections.
3.20pm Curtain raiser game commences.
5.15pm All sections will be opened and you should move to your original allocated seats.
5.15pm All public gates 2, 4, 7 and 9 will be opened.
For all Sunday afternoon matches the following will occur:
9.10am Only public Gates 2 and 7 will be opened. Members and patrons who enter via Gate 2 will only be able to sit in sections 31-37 while those who enter via Gate 7 will only be able to sit in sections 11-12. There will be no allocated seating in these sections.
9.20am Curtain raiser game commences.
11.15am All sections will be opened and you should move to your original allocated seats.
