Collingwood v Hawthorn at the MCG
· Collingwood took just 74 marks last week against the Bombers - its fewest in any game this season.
· Collingwood has won the contested possessions count in seven of its past eight games against Hawthorn.
· Heath Shaw had 34 disposals, 16 marks and seven rebound 50s when these sides last met in round seven this season.
· Hawthorn has lost the inside 50 count in only two games so far this season – they had two more entries than the Cats in their clash last week.
· Sam Mitchell has averaged 31 disposals and eight clearances in his past five games against the Pies.
Essendon v Melbourne at the MCG
· Essendon has been the second highest scoring team in the past six weeks, scoring 100 points or more in five of those six games.
· Essendon has lost the inside 50 count in six of its past seven games against the Demons.
· Jobe Watson racked up 41 disposals last week – the equal most by any Essendon player in the past decade. He also finished with 13 contested possessions, five clearances, three tackles and six inside 50s for the day.
· In the past four rounds, Melbourne has averaged 386 disposals – the third most of any team in the competition. It has hit the target with 75 per cent of its disposals in that time – ranked fifth.
· Austin Wonaeamirri has been a multiple goalkicker in five of his six games at the MCG this season – kicking 13 goals in the process.
Adelaide v Carlton at AAMI Stadium
· In the past four rounds, Adelaide has kicked 18 goals from set shots – the fewest of any team in the AFL.
· Adelaide has won the inside 50 count in eight of its past 11 games against the Blues.
· Simon Goodwin has averaged 23 disposals and five inside 50s in his past eight games against the Blues.
· In the past four weeks, Carlton has laid just 196 tackles – the second fewest of any team in the AFL.
· Carlton has been outscored in nine of its past 10 second quarters, in that same time however, it has been outscored in only two of its final quarters.
· Heath Scotland has averaged 26 disposals in his past three games against the Crows.
Geelong v Richmond at Telstra Dome
· Geelong has averaged 64 inside 50s and 20 goals in its four games at the Telstra Dome this season.
· Geelong has allowed the Tigers to score 100 or more points in only one of its past 11 clashes against them.
· Corey Enright continues to accumulate huge numbers having 30 disposals or more in three of the past four weeks. He has averaged 33 disposals, eight marks and four rebound 50s during this time.
· In the past four rounds the Tigers have kicked 33 goals from clearances – the second most of any team in the AFL.
· Richard Tambling produced his best game for the club last week finishing with a career-high 27 disposals. It was only the fourth time in his 70-game career he has managed to have 20 or more disposals in a game.
North Melbourne v Brisbane at Gold Coast Stadium
· In its most recent game at Gold Coast Stadium, North Melbourne recorded just 106 effective kicks against St Kilda in round 14 – its fewest in any game this season.
· North Melbourne has finished with a better disposal efficiency than its opposition in five of its past six games.
· Adam Simpson has had 24 disposals or more in nine of his past 10 games against the Lions.
· The Lions have lost the inside 50 count in just one of their past 10 games against the Kangaroos. They have had a whopping 53 more inside 50s than the Kangaroos in their past two clashes.
· Jonathan Brown has dominated in recent times against the Kangaroos, averaging 18 disposals, 11 marks and four goals in his past six games against them.
Western Bulldogs v Sydney at Manuka Oval
· The Bulldogs rank second in the competition for running bounces this season, averaging 24 per game.
· Jason Akermanis has been goalless in his past two games. He finished with just eight disposals against the Blues last week – his fewest in a game this season.
· The Swans have won their past four games at Manuka Oval, averaging 14 more inside 50s than its opposition in those games.

· Brett Kirk has won 91 clearances so far this season – ranked equal No.1 in the competition. He has always been one of the premier clearance players in the competition for a number of years as he has won the second-most home and away clearances of any player since 2004.
St Kilda v Port Adelaide at Telstra Dome
· St Kilda hit the target with just 62 per cent of kicks last week against the Eagles, its lowest percentage in any game this season.
· St Kilda has outscored its opposition in nine of its 11 first quarters at Telstra Dome this season.
· Nick Riewoldt has kicked multiple goals in five of his past six games against Port Adelaide, including three against them earlier this season.
· Port Adelaide has won the clearance count in eight of its past nine games at Telstra Dome.
· Kane Cornes has averaged 29 disposals and eight marks in his past four games against the Saints.
Fremantle v West Coast at Subiaco
· Fremantle scored its highest score of the season last week, 20.9 (129).
