The evening will include a panel with leading media personalities discussing the upcoming feature races of the spring carnival, including Caulfield cup, Cox plate, and Melbourne cup. The evening will then focus on the career of the great JB "Bart' Cummings. Bart has trained 244 Group 1 winners, including a staggering 11 Melbourne Cups. He was an inaugural member of the Australian Racing Hall of Fame.
