The Brisbane Lions AFC regretfully advises members and supporters that former Fitzroy 1944 premiership player Laurence Bickerton has passed away today on his 92nd birthday.
His daughter-in-law informs us that Laurie was a great Lions fan right to the very end and we wish her and her family our full condolences and sympathy at this very sad time.
