The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both the office of the CEO and the Registered Training Office on a range of administrative tasks and projects and will report to the Office Manager and Executive Support Officer.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, want to be part of a high performing team and take pride in their work.
Types of responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proofreading and editing
- Attending to and following up on telephone and email inquiries
- Designing and utilising complex databases, presentations and spreadsheets
- Evaluating current processes and procedures and engaging in consultation to improve office efficiency
- Organising resources and equipment
- Organising work schedules and meetings
- Task organisation to meet time lines
- Using judgement and discretion with confidential information
