People attending the 15th annual Len Hall Game on Sunday at Subiaco Oval between Fremantle and Richmond are advised to be seated by 6.00pm.

The pre-match activity and tribute to veterans is scheduled to start at approximately 6.10pm. The Anzac Day commemoration commences with the introduction of the veterans involved in the ceremony, including Korean, World War II, Women's Australian Air Force and Vietnam veterans.

As the veterans walk onto Subiaco Oval at 6.15pm, Andrew Martin and Tim Marley will sing “Can You Hear the Heroes Marching”.

The Flame of Remembrance will be lit at 6.17pm by a former serving member of the Australian Special Air Service Regiment, accompanied by Fremantle coach Mark Harvey.

At 6.19pm, Waltzing Matilda will play as the veterans march from the ground.

Shortly after, Fremantle and Richmond will enter the ground and take up their position on the oval with the coaches and umpires for the Anzac Observance ceremony.

Starting at 6.39pm, Korean veteran and Royal Australian Regiment (WA Branch) president Ken Barrington will recite the Ode. This will be followed by the Last Post, a minute’s silence and Lest We Forget.

Leading Seaman Kristy Hicks, from the Western Australian Detachment of the Royal Australian Navy Band, will conclude the Anzac Observance ceremony with the singing of the National Anthem.

Korean veteran Alan Cardinal will toss the coin ahead of the match bounce down at 6.45pm.
