Cameron's commitment until the end of 2025 has fended off recent reports of interest from Melbourne clubs keen on prising the All-Australian forward away.
"I’ve enjoyed my time here at the footy club … and enjoyed my time with the players," Cameron said.
"I'm looking to win a premiership. It's a young group coming through."
Cameron has just turned 26 and is in the prime of his career.
After spending four seasons with Adelaide, the Mt Isa product has proved a sensation since coming to the Gabba, kicking 89 goals in 43 games before Friday night's match against Essendon.
The 2019 Virgin Australia AFL All Australian is a fan favourite with his now famed 'motorbike' goal celebration.
After leading Brisbane's goalkicking in 2019 with 57 goals, he again heads it in 2020 and is in the top-five in the race for the Coleman Medal.

"I'm really excited to have committed my future to the Lions," Cameron said.
"I love the club and have a great bunch of teammates."
Cameron was already contracted until the end of the 2021 season before signing his early extension.
General manager of football David Noble said Cameron’s signature was a key plank in the club's plans for the future.
"The extension of Charlie is pivotal to our long-term planning of sustained success," Noble said.
"He continues to improve and grow his game, advancing his skills and craft as one of the best small forwards in the game.
"As a teammate, he adds his knowledge to the group and continues to build his leadership as part of our next leaders' program.
"We love hearing and seeing our fans engage with Charlie at the Gabba – it really moves our players."
