Fyfe has been named in the Dockers' final 26-man team for his comeback game after breaking his leg in round five last season.
The superstar midfielder is joined in Freo's final side by recruits Bradley Hill, Cam McCarthy, Joel Hamling and Shane Kersten, who will make their debuts in purple.
Veteran defender Michael Johnson is also back after missing most of last season with hamstring and knee injuries.
Draftee ruckman Sean Darcy will debut for Freo, with fellow draftee Brennan Cox, Ethan Hughes and Sam Collins cut from the final side.
