The Hawks enter the match as selected.
Yeo's proven very durable throughout his career, playing 20 or more games in the past five seasons and he had played all 10 matches this year.
The Eagles had already lost Jake Waterman (broken hand) and Liam Duggan (hamstring) to injury, but regained Jeremy McGovern (thumb) and promoted Brayden Ainsworth and debutant Nic Reid.
Hawthorn recalled Shaun Burgoyne, Changkuoth Jiath and Conor Glass, with Isaac Smith (shoulder), Jon Ceglar (toe) and Tom Scully (managed) making way.
