LEON Cameron has lost patience in his malfunctioning Giants, dropping five players as last year's Grand Finalists attempt to respond from last week's stunning defeat to the Swans at Optus Stadium.

Key forward Jeremy Finlayson is the headline omission, with veteran ruckman Sam Jacobs also axed along with youngsters Lachie Ash, Zac Langdon and Xavier O'Halloran. Last week's debutant Tom Hutchesson goes out of the team due to a hamstring injury.
