Thank you for signing up to be a Sydney Swans member in 2009. Your support is appreciated.

If you have already received your membership pack, please disregard this message.

Swans members who signed up before 16 March 2009 should have received their membership pack in the mail. If you haven't (and some members have recently contacted us to advise that they have not as yet received their pack) then we anticipate that you will receive it in the coming days.

If you do not receive your pack by Wednesday, 1 April we will be making provisions to ensure that you are able to attend this Saturday night's game at ANZ Stadium. Please check the Sydney Swans website and e-News for instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our Membership team directly on 02 9339 9130.

Be assured that we will make all the necessary arrangements for you to gain entry to the Swans v Hawthorn game. Please visit the Service Office at Gates A & B at ANZ Stadium on match day if you have any queries. We look forward to being of assistance.

On behalf of the Club, we sincerely apologise for the late delivery of your 2009 membership packs and any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand that it is later than in previous years and this is not good enough. You deserve better.

If you registered to be a member after 16 March then your membership pack should be available for pick-up at Gates A & B at the stadium on Saturday night.

The delay in issuing the membership packs this year was primarily due to the implementation of our new database system and the associated teething problems we have experienced. A lot of these issues were difficult to anticipate and we have been doing our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. The good news is that the new system will streamline a number of our administration processes (including the time it takes to deliver membership packs) and we are confident it will improve the quality of service we provide Swans members moving forward.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yours sincerely
