The Brisbane Lions annual Sportsman’s Dinner was held on Tuesday 17 May at the Pineapple Hotel and as usual it was a fantastic event!

The annual Sportsman’s Dinner is the chance for Gabba Lounge and Centre Wing members to get together to battle it out for ultimate bragging rights in a sports trivia competition.

Guests enjoyed a beautiful meal and premium beverages over the course of the evening, which included three rounds of trivia - Brisbane Lions trivia, AFL trivia, and general sports trivia.

Former Lion great Richard Champion was on hand to MC the evening and was helped by ‘Quizmasters’ Daniel Rich, Tom Rockliff, Jack Redden and Rohan Bewick.

The questions were tough but separated the real sports fans from the pretenders! The lucky winning table, with some help from Jack Redden, walked away with a Corporate Suite to share at the Round 13 Richmond clash.
