LeCras clutched at his groin immediately after snapping the opening goal of the third quarter and will have scans on Monday to reveal the extent of his injury.
The Eagles' reigning club champion couldn't stand immediately after going down and he was taken from Patersons Stadium on a stretcher with West Coast 13 points ahead.
Midfielder Chris Masten was also struck down with a knee injury halfway through the opening term but the home side went on to record a brave four-point win.
Worsfold said both players would have scans on Monday, with club medical staff unsure of the extent of the injuries in the aftermath of Sunday's win.
"We're hopeful," Worsfold said of LeCras on Sunday night.
"He'll get scans tomorrow I would assume and we'll wait to see the results of those.
"He's walking around okay at the moment, so we'll wait and see what it actually is.
"Normally they (medical staff) have a bit stronger opinion on it, but it's an interesting one with 'Lecca'. Masten, it's maybe knee cartilage, we're not really sure."
The injuries soured a memorable win for West Coast, which unveiled impressive debutants Andrew Gaff and Jack Darling in the club's 25th anniversary jumper.
Gaff, who was the Eagles' substitute, replaced Masten at the start of the second quarter and had seven important possessions in a thrilling final term.
"I thought he looked really strong running in that last quarter when we needed someone up and going and he got the ball forward for us a fair bit," Worsfold said.
"[Darling was] pretty good first up. He did some really good things for us and the couple of goals he got for us were really good goals."
The Eagles could welcome back midfielder Daniel Kerr for Saturday's clash with Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium after completing his second hit-out for WAFL side East Fremantle unscathed.
Worsfold said young onballer Koby Stevens and half-back Sam Butler were also possible inclusions.
"We've got a few guys there that are desperate to get a game," the coach said.
"He (Kerr) is feeling pretty good. I've got to give that plenty of consideration - where he's at, what he's ready for and what we need.
"He's ready to go, in that he's played a couple of games, his touch is good and he feels like he's ready to play."
