WE HAVE an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated customer service professional to work as part of our dynamic Membership team. This role will provide outstanding customer service to our members, specifically focusing on our supporter groups (including our cheer squad) and inner sanctum program - and always ensure that our members are treated with respect and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer service roles, including an ability to remain resilient when dealing with difficult or irate customers - and to deal with people from all walks of life. You’ll be someone that thrives under pressure, and can juggle competing priorities whilst still delivering to our high quality service standards.

In addition to your outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you will need to have great organisational and administration skills, combined with an intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience working in a sporting organisation is not essential.

The core hours for this role will be across 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday however, you will also be required to participate in after hours functions throughout the year, as well as working on match days.

The role will be based at the Lexus Centre and, in addition to the chance to work in a high performance facility; you will also have access to football tickets, to use the on-site gym as well as a host of other employee benefits.
