The Riddell District Football League seeks to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to lead the Riddell District Football League.
The successful applicant will work closely with the RDFL Board of Directors, to ensure efficient and effective management of the RDFL, to continue to grow, develop and take this proud and successful football league to the next level.
Imperative credentials will include:
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
o Superior organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proven experience in management, preferably in a sporting environment.
o Experience and understanding of football and netball clubs and league environments.
o A thorough knowledge of budgeting and financial responsibility.
o Computer literacy with spreadsheets, database management and general Microsoft applications, QuickBooks and knowledge of sporting pulse and footyweb is preferred.
o Tangible feel for marketing
o Ability to lead and effectively manage support staff
o Negotiation and mediation skills
o Current Victorian Drivers License
o Strong work ethic, with ability to work flexible hours
