Round 3 is fast approaching and with our first home game at Etihad Stadium not far away we would like to advise you of a way in which you can make your match day experience even more memorable, by booking into match day hospitality in the Robert Harvey Room.
With over 2,500 Level 2 Reserved Seat holders visiting the room throughout the 2010 season, this year is bound to be bigger and better than ever. Prepare yourself for Saints Footy with current players and special guests in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
The Robert Harvey Room is located in the Accolade & Limelight Rooms at Etihad Stadium and can be accessed in two ways;
- From outside Etihad Stadium via the lifts/stairs from either the concourse or underground car park at Gates 4 (Aisle 43) & Gate 6 (Aisle 30)
- From inside the Stadium via glass doors at the rear of Aisles 32-36 & Aisles 38-41
To gain access to the Robert Harvey Room, you will be required to present your Club membership card upon entry. Please ensure you have this with you at all times.
There are only limited places available, so ensure that you are a part of the pre-game excitement book in as soon as possible. For more information call 1300 GO SAINTS (1300 467 246).
Match Day Dining
Booking your meal
Match day dining bookings for the Robert Harvey Room and MCG dining facilities need to be booked in advance by downloading and emailing this booking form to laureng@saints.com.au. These can be downloaded from sains.com.au or can be emailed out directly to you upon request. No dining bookings will be taken by phone.
As a Level 2 member you have access to purchase match day dining in the Robert Harvey Room between Monday 2pm and Wednesday 12pm each week prior to every home game at Etihad Stadium
Please note that no dining bookings will be taken after this cut-off time, however a limited number of walk-up meals will be available for matches at Etihad Stadium. There are no walk up meals available for matches at the MCG.
Getting your meal on match day
Match day dining service will commence two (2) hours prior to the scheduled match start time. Meal service will finish 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
On entry to the room you will be issued with a meal voucher(s) for both your main meal and half time snacks, which can then be redeemed at the meal service areas. The dining area in the Robert Harvey Room is located in the centre of the room. Only those who have booked for match day dining will have access to this area pre-match.
To receive your meal(s) you will be required to quote your name upon arrival at the Robert Harvey room. Meal registrations will take place at the registration area at the Accolade end of the room.
Bar Facilities - Etihad Stadium
There are two premium bars located near the Gate 4 (Accolade end) & Gate 6 (Limelight end) entrances to the Robert Harvey Room, which will be fully stocked with a range of standard and premium beverages. There will be full credit card (No EFTPOS) facilities available at these two main bars.
In addition to these, there will also be a number of smaller ‘satellite’ bars which will stock a smaller variety of standard alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. These bars will be cash only.
Bar Facilities - The MCG
There are premium cash-bar facilities located in the Hassett & Ryder Rooms for those who have booked match-day dining. The Medallist Bar is also open and can be accessed by all Level 2 Reserved Seat holders - you do not need to have booked dining to access this bar. There are limited EFTPOS facilities in these areas.
Please note that no glass is permitted outside any rooms. All beverages that are to be taken into the viewing arena will be served in plastic cups. Both Etihad Stadium & the MCG abide by the practices as set out in the Responsible Service of Alcohol Act. Anyone in breach of this Act, including minors, will be removed from the room(s) by Stadium security
