IN THIS week's episode of Personal Best, AFL.com.au's weekly series, Carlton forward Eddie Betts names his best 10 indigenous players of the past 25 years.
And it includes an apology from Betts towards his football hero, dual Norm Smith medallist Andrew McLeod.

"I want to say sorry to him now because I put him at No. 5," said Betts of the former Adelaide champion.

"He's not just a role model for South Australians or people from Darwin. I grew up in Western Australia, but I barracked for Adelaide and he was my favourite player.
"I got a chance to play with my idol when he captained the indigenous team up in Darwin. He was such a freak and won a couple of Grand Finals off his own boot."
Gavin Wanganeen, Adam Goodes, Michael Long, Nicky Winmar and both Jim and Phil Krakouer are also among those nominated by Betts.
