IT WAS a season like no other. In the days leading up to round one, the regular 22-game season was reduced to 17 and after the first weekend, the game was shut down. AFL Fantasy was a game like we’d never seen.
From extra trades to the festival of footy that featured daily team announcements and the introduction of rolling lockouts, Fantasy coaches remained as agile as players, clubs and officials throughout the 18 rounds.
In the final podcast of the season, The Traders look at the great picks such as Christian Petracca and the Dane Swan Medallist Lachie Neale for their stellar seasons as well as some of the selections that didn’t go to plan.
The fun of the 2020 season is wrapped up as Roy, Calvin and Warnie have some fun reliving the names and stories that will be remembered in a year that was as challenging as it was rewarding.
Trent Sutcliffe, coach of ‘aluniesheis’ appears on the podcast to discuss how he took home the $62,000 Toyota Hilux as the No. 1 coach in AFL Fantasy Classic.
