COLLINGWOOD has made a selection shock, recalling veteran Tyson Goldsack just 24 weeks after surgery to repair his ruptured ACL.
Goldsack joins Adam Treloar and Jeremy Howe in a strengthened Pies outfit to face West Coast in the second qualifying final on Saturday, with Jack Madgen, Adam Oxley and Nathan Murphy making way.

With initial fears Goldsack's season was over after hobbling off in the Pies' final pre-season match, the 31-year-old required just two VFL matches to win his spot back.
Treloar passed Thursday's session with flying colours, doing enough to impress Nathan Buckley and his match committee he had fully recovered from his double hamstring blow in round 14.
MATCH PREVIEW Eagles v Pies
Howe has been cleared of a lingering corkie and will return to a defence that has to contend with Eagles spearhead Josh Kennedy in Saturday night's encounter at Optus Stadium.
Lewis Jetta returns alongside Kennedy, with veteran Will Schofield and first-year utility Oscar Allen omitted.
Sydney superstar Lance Franklin will join Luke Parker in Saturday's elimination final against Greater Western Sydney with the duo shaking off groin injuries to replace Jordan Dawson and Robbie Fox.
MATCH PREVIEW Swans v Giants
The Giants have recalled plenty of star power, headlined by All Australians Toby Greene and Brett Deledio.
Matt de Boer also returns, while speedster Zac Williams will play his first game for the season after snapping his Achilles in January. Jeremy Finlayson, Lachlan Keeffe, Daniel Lloyd and Aiden Bonar have been tipped out.
Melbourne co-captain Jack Viney will play his first game since round 16, joining Mitch Hannan in the Demons' line-up to face Geelong in Friday night's elimination final.
Dom Tyson has been named to play, less than two weeks after surgery on a fractured arm. Jay Kennedy Harris has lost his spot, while Dean Kent is out with an injured shoulder.
MATCH PREVIEW Demons v Cats
Geelong has named an unchanged line-up for the first time this season, keeping faith with the side that defeated Gold Coast by 102 points in round 23.
