Perth Football Club (PFC) has a proud and historic tradition in the WAFL. It is one of the WAFL’s iconic clubs with a strong sponsor, member & supporter base and whilst finals have eluded the Perth Demons in recent history, sensible off-field management sees the club in a stable position to be able to look positively to the future.
The Club is currently in partnership with the Town of Victoria Park & the West Coast Eagles, with this partnership set to see not only the surrounds around the Lathlain Park precinct developed, but new state of the art facilities built for both Perth & West Coast.
A professional approach & further commitment is now required from the people at Perth to enable the club to focus on sustainable success in the future - on field success will be a major contributor going forward. With this in mind the Senior Coach is central to cementing the Perth Football Club as a key member of the WAFL.
Perth Football Club is now seeking applications for the role of Senior Coach for Season 2015 and beyond.
The closing date for applications is September 19, 2014.
If you are a current Senior Coach, ex Senior Coach or Assistant Coach with senior coaching aspirations, this position represents a fantastic opportunity. Working with the Football Operations Manager, you will form part of a committed coaching team, supported by the club’s football administrators to provide best practice coaching for the Perth playing list.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced coaches who have:
- Demonstrate good communication, people & team management skills
- Outstanding personal leadership qualities
- Proven technical knowledge of the modern game
- Knowledge of the WAFL competition
