It looks like Geelong players are as sharp off the field as they are on it if new year’s eve celebrations are any indication.
News Ltd is reporting that when a fight broke out at a Moama pub on new year’s eve it was the Cats that played peace makers.
''The Geelong players, who I didn't recognise, jumped in straight away but only to stop the fight,'' hotel manager Steve Pettitt told News Ltd websites.
''They held a couple of blokes back so it didn't turn into an all-in brawl.''
Geelong players will return from their holiday break on Monday and resume pre season training.
