The profile of the 2010 Crows squad underlines the shifting balance of the group.
Nearly half of Adelaide’s squad has joined the club since the end of the 2007 season and there are now 23 players on the club’s primary list who will be aged 23 or under when the 2010 season kicks off in late March.
Additionally, Adelaide has seven rookies who are aged 21 or under.

Seven players on the primary list have not played an AFL game, while Shaun McKernan (one game), Rory Sloane (one), Brodie Martin (two) and Myke Cook (three) have had only limited exposure.
Eleven of the 40 players on the primary list have played more than 100 AFL games.
Jack Gunston, who turned 18 on October 16, is now the youngest player on the primary list.
Andrew McLeod, who will turn 34 on August 4, is the oldest player - two days ahead of Tyson Edwards.
Twenty eight players on the primary and rookie lists have played between 0-49 AFL games.
Eight players now sit in the 50-99 game bracket.
The average AFL games per Adelaide player (including rookies) is now 57, up from 53 in 2009.
Jonathon Griffin and Kurt Tippett share the title as the tallest players (201cm).
According to the official list, Jared Petrenko (176cm) is the shortest player.
Adelaide now has 21 players on its lists who are 190cm or taller but the average height remains at 188cm.
Nineteen of our 47 players are from South Australia - not counting Myke Cook, who was born in Adelaide and lived here until moving to Victoria at the age of 11.
Sixteen squad members (including Cook) have been recruited from Victoria.
Tasmania is the only State not represented on Adelaide’s list.
The average age at the start of the season is 23 years 118 days, up from 23 years 14 days last year.
At 102kg, Ivan Maric is Adelaide’s heaviest player.
A number of Crows have gained weight in the past 12 months but Taylor Walker leads the way, going from 87 to 97kg. Rookie Ricky Henderson has added nine kg.
Twenty-six Crows have now played in an AFL final.
Four Crows have played in an AFL grand final - Andrew McLeod (2), Tyson Edwards (2) and Simon Goodwin (2) all with Adelaide, and Brad Symes with Port in 2007.
The next player to the 100-game milestone should be Nathan van Berlo, who finished the 2009 season on 97 games.
