A temporary Bass outlet will be established at AAMI Stadium, Southern Information Centre, entry via Gate J Turner Drive – Open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

• Supporters will be required to present Membership, Season Tickets and Concession ID at time of purchase and upon collection.


PUBLIC AREA

Competing Club Members


Tickets will go on sale to Adelaide Crow’s Captain’s Club, Gold and Silver members, Victorian members and AFL members with Adelaide club support from 9am Monday, September 1 to 8pm Tuesday, September 2. Tickets will be available from BASS outlets, BASS Dial 'n' Charge on 131 246 and online at bass.net.au.

Tickets will be available to members of the Collingwood Football Club (including AFL members with competing club support) from 9.00am on Monday, 1 September through to 8pm Tuesday, 2 September. Please note visiting Club members can purchase through BASS Dial 'n' Charge on 131 246 or BASS outlets and should request to sit in the area set aside for Collingwood Club members.

Season tickets/membership cards and concession ID will be required at point of purchase and collection. There will be a maximum of one (1) ticket per membership and eight (8) tickets per transaction. Members who hold reserved seats during the home and away season are reminded that they will not be able to access the same seat for finals matches. Tickets to the public area will be sold on a strictly 'best available' basis.

GENERAL PUBLIC SALES

Tickets will be available to the general public from 9am, on Wednesday, 3 September subject to availability. Tickets will be available from BASS outlets, BASS Dial 'n' Charge on 131 246 and online at bass.net.au. Concession ID will be required at point of purchase and collection. There will be a maximum of eight (8) tickets per transaction.


AAMI STADIUM MEMBERS

Tickets will be available to Ultimate & Essential Crows AAMI Stadium members from 9am on Monday, 1 September to 8pm Tuesday, 2 September. Members will be able to purchase a reserved seat in the Member's Balcony from Monday at an additional cost of $8 per ticket (subject to availability). Members who do not purchase during this period cannot be guaranteed admission to this match. From Wednesday 3 September any remaining capacity in the Members Reserve will be available to all categories of AAMI Stadium membership. Guest pass sales may be available, dependent on capacity. AAMI Stadium members are reminded that they must purchase tickets to AFL finals.


The AFL has advised that to ensure the speedy process of sales through the ticketing system that tickets will be sold on a strictly “Best Available” basis. For example, supporters will be able to choose the type of ticket they wish to purchase and have a limited choice of seating areas (as per table below). Supporters will not be able to choose specific seats

A strict process of next best available is already in place at all other AFL venues.

If a supporter suffers from a severe Medical condition Bass operators will do their best to accommodate them within the guidelines.

Concession and Junior policy

Children aged 3-14 are eligible to purchase a junior ticket. Children aged 2 and under are entitled to enter the ground at no charge however, they must not occupy a seat. Persons aged 15 and over are classified as an adult unless they hold valid concession identification. Concession identification required: aged pension/invalid pension, full-time student card or Department of Veteran Affairs concession card. All other concession categories require two forms of ID, including driver’s licence, credit card, birth certificate or extract of birth certificate.


SANFL LEAGUE / PLAYER / UMPIRE / LIFE MEMBER TICKETS


The above groups are entitled to purchase tickets for the Finals from Day 1 into the Members Reserve. They all have a plastic Membership Card in Season 2008.

A Member Card with two bar codes on the reverse entitles the holder to purchase two tickets at the Members price when one bar code appears on the reverse of the Ticket, one ticket only at the Members Price.

Ticket collection

Tickets purchased through telephone or internet booking must be collected prior to 12 noon on Friday, 5 September. Match day collections will only be available for Country and Interstate supporters. A temporary BASS outlet has been established at AAMI Stadium for sales and collection from 9am Monday, 1 September. Entry via Turner Drive Gate J Southern Info Centre.
