The St Kilda Football Club was pleased to donate caps, flags, scarfs and key rings to a local Frankston City Council community event called ‘Kicking Goals’  held between 27 September and 5 October.

Whilst it was essentially a social soccer program, the event was all about encouraging local kids to try new sports and meet new people.

The program - held in Frankston North, Skye and Frankston - was for kids of all ages and embraced the diverse community in and around Frankston.

All sessions included free entertainment and sausage sizzles, and assisting the Frankston City Council with some of the events was a young group from Sports Education and Development Australia (SIDA).

Some of the young kids from SIDA who helped out during the event; Aaron Ludewig, Josh Gordon & Ash Fenech, were also instrumental in the Milne Schools Program orchestrated by Stephen Milne and the St Kilda Football Club during August.

The St Kilda Football Club is looking forward to hosting many more community activities at our new base, Linen House Centre in Frankston.
