Financial Accountant

Driven to be recognised and respected as the most successful sporting club in Australia, both on and off the field, we are now seeking a results driven Financial Accountant to join our Corporate Services team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
• Producing timely and accurate monthly accounts for our Venues, Football & Administration Departments
• Production of weekly and ad hoc analysis of business performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and accurate reporting of departmental results
• Partnering departmental heads with the development of improved reporting and controls
The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• CA / CPA qualification (or currently undertaking)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build strong rapport / trust with internal and external stakeholders
