North Melbourne Chief Executive Eugene Arocca said Stratcorp’s invaluable market knowledge had led to their appointment.

“This expertise will enable them ensure that our project is delivered to the key requirements of the North Melbourne Football Club which will assist in the consolidation and growth of the club in Melbourne.”
Stratcorp Consulting is considered an industry expert in assisting clients in the planning and delivery of sporting facilities, with specialist expertise in delivery of AFL facility projects. At present the company is currently engaged by the Geelong, St Kilda, Carlton and Melbourne football clubs to deliver their respective club facility redevelopments.
Stratcorp Consulting Chief Executive Chris Dare said his company would manage and co-ordinate the redevelopment on behalf of the North Melbourne Football Club.
“We will work with and negotiate key outcomes with funding stakeholders as well as working with the Construction Project Manager and other key project consultants,” Dare said.

Arocca added the redesigned plans for the facility, which were commissioned by the new administration, would be presented to council in the coming weeks.
“We will present these to councils for approval and then proceed through their planning procedures over the next 2-3 months,” Arocca said.
