WEST Coast premiership forward Quinten Lynch has rejected the club's one-year offer and will look to extend his career at another club.
Lynch, an unrestricted free agent after 209 games in 11 seasons at the Eagles, has been linked to a move to Collingwood.
Carlton is also understood to be keen on luring the 29-year-old.
"It's very disappointing to lose a player of Quinten's standing," West Coast list manager Craig Vozzo told the Eagles' website on Saturday.
"He has been an integral player at our club for more than a decade and we were hopeful that he would continue with us in 2013.
"He was a required player and played 22 of the 24 games the club played this year. He has been a valuable contributor and was a member of our 2006 premiership team."
Lynch was recruited onto the club's rookie list in 2002 before being elevated the following year. He led the Eagles' goalkicking in 2006 and 2007 and finished runner-up in the club's 2008 best and fairest count.
